His background enables him to bring practicality and hands-on orientation to his consulting work. He has a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Stanford.
Colin Nance has spent the past 20 years – including 12 years at Capital One and HSBC – working with and advising companies in several national scale consumer and commercial lending businesses. He brings expertise in credit risk, marketing, modeling, product management, and pricing. He has a BS in Engineering from Princeton and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
John Crenshaw has 20 years of experience in consumer analytics, marketing, and credit in the industries of credit cards, auto lending, mortgage, personal loans, and small business lending. His leadership experiences include business line management; acquisitions and integration; operations; technology; and regulation from startups to top-five banks. He has a BS in Operation Research and Environmental Engineering from Princeton.
Evan Goldstein previously served as Vice President of Analytics and Strategy at Merkle. He began his career at Capital One, where he spent over 7 years focused on cross-selling to existing cardholders, account retention, and online servicing. Subsequently, he worked at E*Trade and MasterCard Advisors. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Duke.

Jeff Tennenbaum was previously Senior Director of Global Business Development at Auriemma Group. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Capital One where he held managerial roles in corporate development, finance, and credit risk management. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the George Washington University and a master's degree in Finance from London Business School.
Pradeep Kalla is a results oriented leader with extensive experience in consumer credit and marketing analysis, account management, loss mitigation, and risk management. He has held various analytical roles in credit, finance, and fraud risk management at Capital One and BarclayCard over the course of a decade. He has a MS in Finance from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in Operations Research from North Carolina State University.
Hamilton Pridgen is an experienced leader with a proven track record of using advanced analytics to measure and predict profit, balance, risk, marketing, and operational outcomes in both Fortune 100 and startup environments. Hamilton’s prior experience includes serving as a strategy manager at Capital One, where he spent nine years and managed several teams in the heart of Capital One’s revenue engine. Hamilton has also held senior roles at prominent startups within the technology industry. Hamilton holds a BS in Computer Science and Chemistry from Northeastern University.
